Mandarin Orange Salad Or Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 rolls Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed
    1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed
    2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
    Mash crackers; add sugar and stir.
    Then add margarine; mix well.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan (do not mash down); leave a few out to sprinkle on top.
    Blend orange juice and mandarin oranges; stir in Cool Whip and then the Eagle Brand milk.
    Pour into pan and top with remaining crumbs.
    Refrigerate.
    Make in a dish or pan size 9 x 12.
    Makes about 10 or 12 servings.
