Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 large tomatoes, peeled, cored and chopped
    3 c. seeded chopped peppers
    1 1/2 c. seeded, chopped hot peppers
    2 c. chopped onion
    3 tsp. salt
    3 minced cloves garlic
    3 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes, peppers, onions, salt, garlic and vinegar. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
    Pour into hot jars leaving 1/4-inch headspace.
    Process 30 minutes in boiling water bath.
    Yields about 7 pints.
