Busy-Day Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef, browned and drained
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. cooked elbow macaroni
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. sliced carrots
    1 (28 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Reduce to low heat and simmer, covered, 30 minutes.
