Kisses Kookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
extra sugar in bowl

Preparation

Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
Roll into 1-inch balls, then in sugar.
Place on cookie sheet 3 inches apart. Place thumbprint in cookie.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes, then place a kiss (unwrapped) into the indent.
Put back into the oven for 2 to 5 minutes more.
Makes 3 dozen.
