Swiss Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breast halves
8 slices Swiss cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. dry white wine OR 1/2 c. orange juice
2 c. seasoned croutons
Preparation

Skin the chicken breasts and place in a greased baking pan. Place a slice of Swiss cheese over each.
Mix together the soup and the wine; spoon over the chicken.
Crush the croutons and sprinkle over the chicken mixture.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 50-60 minutes.
