Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef roast
    meat tenderizer
    pepper
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Place beef roast on foil that is large enough to wrap roast. Sprinkle roast with tenderizer and pepper.
    Mix dry onion soup mix, mushroom soup and water.
    Cover roast.
    Seal foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for two or three hours, until tender.
