Cheese And Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. onion
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/3 c. flour
    6 c. water
    3 tsp. or 2 cubes chicken bouillon
    1 (10 oz.) chopped broccoli
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. half and half
    8 oz. American cheese, cut up
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt oleo and saute onion for 5 minutes or until onions are tender.
    Mix in flour until blended.
    Add water, bouillon, garlic powder, pepper and broccoli and cook for 10 minutes.
    Add milk, half and half and cheese.
    Cook on low until cheese melts.
