Hamburger Stretch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 or 3 slices bread, torn into small pieces
    1/2 onion, chopped, or can use minced onion
    1 egg
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    enough milk to moisten bread pieces
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, slightly beat egg.
    Add bread pieces, onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper; mix together.
    Add enough milk to moisten.
    Crumble ground chuck into bowl and mix well.
    Form into patties and fry in small amount of oil over medium heat.
