Applause Winning Baked Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage, pork or ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (1 lb.) can (2 c.) tomatoes
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    10 oz. lasagna noodles (boil until tender, 15 minutes)
    3 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Spoon off excess fat.
    Add next 6 ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
    Meanwhile, combine cottage cheese with eggs, seasonings and Parmesan cheese. Layer in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish starting with lasagna, tomato sauce, Mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese mix.
