Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. milk
6 slices bread (bite size pieces)
1 lb. mild sausage or bacon
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage or bacon, cool. Beat eggs and add milk, salt and mustard. Beat again. Add cheese and sausage or bacon. Stir and put in 1 quart greased casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes until brown around edges. Serves 6.
