Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    3/4 stick oleo
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli (chopped)
    3 oz. can mushrooms, drained (if desired)
    2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    1/2 c. very fine crumbs
Preparation
    Blend soup and Cheez Whiz and melt in saucepan over low heat. Saute onion, celery and 3/4 stick oleo.
    Add Minute rice and broccoli.
    Add soup and cheese mixture; mix all together.
    Add mushrooms, if desired.
    Put into greased casserole.
    Top with 2 tablespoons melted oleo and crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
