Chafing Dish Mushroom Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. white mushrooms
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
    1 c. sour cream
    Melba rounds
Preparation
    Wash, dry and slice lengthwise mushrooms.
    Melt butter, add remaining ingredients except sour cream and cook over medium heat 7 to 10 minutes.
    Fold in sour cream.
    Taste test for more salt. Serve hot on Melba rounds.
    Yields 72 servings.
