Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef cubes
    2 to 3 carrots, sliced
    4 medium potatoes, cubed
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can green beans with liquid
    1 large can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Layer,\tin
    a
    roaster\tor
    crock-pot,\tmeat,
    carrots, potatoes, onion, green beans with liquid, tapioca, then tomato sauce.
    Cover
    and bake at 250\u00b0 for 6 hours (don't stir) or in a crock-pot for 4 to 5 hours.
