Lo-Cal Eggnog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Egg Beaters, mixed until light and fluffy
2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
2 cans skim evaporated milk
3 c. skim milk
1 Tbsp. brandy extract
nutmeg to taste
Preparation

Mix all together and store in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, then serve.
