Fruit Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (16 oz.) can peaches, drained
1 (6 oz.) can mandarin oranges
3 medium bananas, sliced
2 medium apples, cored and chopped
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
1/3 c. orange juice concentrate (half 6 oz. can)
3/4 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation

Combine fruit in large bowl.
In small bowl, combine dry pudding mix, milk and orange concentrate.
Beat well 1 to 2 minutes.
Beat in sour cream.
Fold in fruit mix.
Put in large bowl.
Cover and refrigerate.
Serve on lettuce or in cups.
