Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 can mushroom soup
1 can Veg-All
1 1/2 c. sour cream
pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation

Put butter and onion in skillet and brown.
Stir in meat, salt and pepper; let cook about 5 minutes or until beef changes color. Add mushroom and vegetable soups.
Remove mixture from heat and add sour cream, mixing well.
Pour into casserole dish.
Mix biscuit dough following directions as you would for biscuits. Drop dough on top of meat mixture.
Sprinkle with poppy seed and bake until biscuits are done.
