Mozzarella Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boned chicken breasts, halved
    Italian bread crumbs
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    thick slices Mozzarella cheese
    Ragu spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
    4 to 6 servings spaghetti
    salt, pepper and butter
Preparation
    Lightly salt and pepper chicken.
    Dip chicken in egg batter. Roll heavily in Italian bread crumbs.
    Brown in butter on low. Cover and fry until tender.
    Dip heated spaghetti sauce over chicken while still in frypan (about 1 to 2 tablespoons).
    Melt a couple thick slices of Mozzarella cheese on top of sauced chicken. Serve in a casserole dish layered:
    1) spaghetti, pressed in dish, 2) sauce heated on top and 3) next, arrange chicken closely.
    Serve like a casserole with spatula.
    Great with marinated vegetables in Ranch dressing and bread sticks.
