Benedictine Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp. grated onion
1/3 c. finely diced cucumber
dash of salt
1/2 tsp. vinegar
green food coloring
white bread slices
Preparation

Combine first five ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
Add a few drops food coloring; stir well.
Spread cheese mixture on bread slices.
Serve as finger sandwiches.
