Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 fluted lasagna noodles
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained *
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Mozzarella
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
    1 1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. light cream or half and half
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    *Can use 2 packages of frozen, chopped broccoli instead of spinach.
