Mushrooms Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. Marsala wine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms in warm, salted water and pat dry.
    Cut off stems; leave caps whole.
    Heat butter in skillet and saute mushrooms until lightly browned (still firm).
    Add lemon juice, Marsala wine, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Serve.
