Zesty Broccoli Spears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh broccoli
    1 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Trim off large leaves of broccoli and remove tough ends of lower stalks. Wash broccoli thoroughly and cut into spears.
    Cook broccoli in a small amount of boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes or just until tender. Drain. Place broccoli in a serving dish.
