Country Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. sausage (ham or preference)
9-inch pie shell
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. green bell pepper
1/4 c. red bell pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. half and half
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain. Crumble sausage over pie shell. Crumble cheese over sausage. Lightly beat eggs and add remaining ingredients to it. Then pour over pie. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
