Ingredients

1 (2 oz.) can dry mustard
3/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
dash of salt
Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until mixed well and smooth.
Cook in double boiler or over medium heat until thick.
This is very good on Pig in Blankets or baked ham.
