Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 large onions, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cumin seed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Add onions and garlic and saute until tender.
    Add beef and brown gradually; add remaining ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
    Cover skillet and cook on low heat until ready to serve.
    Serves 4.
