Mrs. Collin'S Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    your favorite cheese
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen Tater Tots
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet. Add salt and stir. Pour the beef mixture into a 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Spoon the mushroom soup over the beef mixture and cover with a layer of cheese. Top with Tater Tots and bake 25 to 30 minutes. Best when baked until Tater Tots are golden brown and cheese and meat are hot and bubbly. This is a wonderful dish for taking to large gatherings and church socials.
