Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    3/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper as desired
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients until homogeneous.
    Place in an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
