Carrot Wine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. water
1 qt. grated carrots
3 1/2 lb. sugar
1 1/2 yeast cakes
Preparation
-
Have water boiling, then add carrots.
Boil for 3 minutes. Strain and add sugar and yeast.
Put in any type of crock and cover with cloth; allow to set at least 30 days.
