Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
1 can cream-style corn
jalapeno peppers to taste
3 c. cornmeal mix
1 medium chopped onion
1/4 c. bacon drippings
9 oz. grated cheese (Cheddar)
4 beaten eggs
1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Mix all together and pour in 9 x 13 pan which has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
