Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. chopped carrots
    20 oz. California Blend vegetables
    2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon in 1 quart of water.
    Add potatoes, celery, onion and carrots; cook 15 minutes. Add the vegetables and cook 6 to 8 minutes. Add your soup and Velveeta cheese. Simmer until cheese melts.
