Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cabbage, shredded
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Toss cabbage and onion together in a serving dish.
In a small bowl, combine vinegar, sugar and salt; stir until sugar and salt are dissolved.
Pour over cabbage and stir to blend well. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
Makes 6 servings.
