Seafood Casserole With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    2 T. margarine
    2 T. melted butter
    3 T. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 t. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. mayonnaise
    8 oz. shrimp
    8 oz. crab meat
    1 (6 oz.) can tuna, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook rice following package directions; drain. Spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Saute celery, onion and green pepper in margarine in skillet until lightly browned. Blend butter and flour in a saucepan. Cook for 1 minute. Stir in milk and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add sauteed vegetables, mayonnaise, shrimp, crab meat, tuna and mushrooms; mix well. Pour over rice. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Serves 8.
