Baked Fruit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained (may substitute apricots)
    1 c. brown sugar (light), firmly packed
    1 1/2 c. Ritz or Town House butter cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    In a buttered casserole, arrange fruit. Sprinkle first the brown sugar and then the cracker crumbs over either peaches or apricot halves. Dot the crumbs with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until the casserole has thickened and is crusty on the top. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
