Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini
    2 carrots, shredded
    1 small onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 box Stove Top stuffing
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Cut zucchini into small chunks; cook until barely tender, then drain.
    Crush stuffing cubes; mix with butter and seasoning.
    Mix the rest of the ingredients with 1/2 stuffing mixture.
    Pour into casserole; top with the balance of dressing.
    Bake for 20 minutes, or until brown, in a 350\u00b0 oven.
