Cheesy Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. potatoes
3 c. boiling water
2 to 3 cups milk
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. onion
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1/4 c. flour
1 c. cheese
Preparation

Cook potatoes until done; drain.
Save liquid and add enough milk to make 4 cups.
Scald milk.
Melt butter and cook with onion.
Add flour and seasonings.
Add potatoes and grated cheese to liquid.
Simmer until ready to serve.
