Peanut Butter Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. creamy peanut butter
    1/2 c. butter
    3 c. crispy rice cereal
    4 c. confectioners sugar
    2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt peanut butter and butter in saucepan over low heat.
    In a large bowl, mix crispy rice cereal and confectioners sugar well.
    Pour melted peanut butter and butter over cereal and sugar and blend together thoroughly.
    Form 1 inch or small balls, spread on cookie sheets, chill until firm in refrigerator (over night is okay).
    Melt chocolate in double boiler and keep melted while working with balls.
    A teaspoon is best to use in dipping the balls in chocolate.
    Dip well and place on cookie sheet.
    Yield: 4 dozen (24 servings).
