Bisquick Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. Crisco or whatever shortening you want to use
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients together in a very large bowl.
    Cut in the shortening until mixture is the consistency of corn meal. Store in covered container at room temperature.
    Use just like Bisquick.
