Broccoli Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can chicken broth
1 carrot, stalk of celery and 1 onion (all chopped very fine)
1 bunch chopped broccoli or 1 large pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 c. milk or canned milk, mixed with 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

In large saucepan, mix together chicken broth, carrot, celery and onion.
Cook for ten minutes.
Add broccoli.
Cook for ten minutes.
Add Velveeta cheese.
Stir until melted.
Add milk mixed with cornstarch.
Cook until thickened.
