Sutton'S Chicken And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Take skin off chicken.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    In a large skillet, heat oil and stir-fry chicken until nice and brown. When brown, mix flour and water until flour is dissolved.
    Add to chicken to make a good gravy.
    If it's too thick add a little more water.
