Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    3 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. water
    2 small pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
Preparation
    Thaw and drain broccoli.
    Saute onion in 4 tablespoons butter. Stir in flour.
    Add water and bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat and blend in Cheez Whiz.
    Combine cheese sauce and broccoli.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Place in casserole and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
