Strawberry Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. unsalted butter (can use oleo at room temperature)
1/3 c. strawberry preserves
1 tsp. powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Mix well all ingredients with electric mixer.
Pack into a crock or butter bowl, cover and refrigerate.
Keeps several weeks. Delicious on hot rolls or biscuits.
