Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine, softened
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. apples, peeled and diced
    2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs and flour alternately.
    Add cinnamon.
    Mix well.
    Add apples and pecans. Stir well.
    Pour in 9 x 13 baking dish (glass works well).
    Grease or spray with Pam or Baker's Joy.
    Bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
