Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 boxes Knorr's vegetable soup mix
1 pkg. (16 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
3 c. sour cream
2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 loaf hard crust Italian bread

Preparation

Thaw spinach.
Mix all ingredients together.
Cut top off of bread.
Pick out center.
Pour in dip.
