Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) bag Tater Tots
1 lb. cooked sausage or cubed ham
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 doz. eggs
1 c. chopped onion, sauteed
1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Butter 9 x 15-inch baking dish.
Place Tater Tots, sausage or ham, onions and cheese in dish.
Mix eggs, milk and seasonings well.
Pour over Tater Tots mixture.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until set.
