Corned Beef(Crockery Cooking) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef brisket (corned)
    2 bay leaves (small)
    1 chopped onion
    water to cover
    2 minced garlic cloves
    1/2 tsp. peppercorns (whole)
Preparation
    Put corned beef into pot and water just to cover.
    Add onion, garlic, bay leaves and peppercorns.
    Cover and cook on high 1 hour; lower heat and cook on low 10 to 12 hours.
