Shrimp Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. butter
1 minced onion
1 minced green pepper
1 minced clove garlic
1/4 c. minced pimento
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. mushrooms
1 1/2 c. shrimp, cleaned
1 tsp. salt
1 bay leaf
2 c. water
red pepper to taste
Tabasco to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Preparation

Melt butter and add remaining ingredients.
Cover.
When steaming, turn heat to simmer and cook for 30 minutes.
