Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. pecans
    2 egg whites
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix pecans, egg whites and water until frothy.
    Then add sugar, nutmeg, ginger, salt and cinnamon.
    Spread onto two cookie sheets.
    Cook on top rack for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, at 300\u00b0.
    Great to put in a jar as a gift at Christmastime!
