Pumpkin Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. soft butter
1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
32 oz. softened cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
6 large eggs
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Mix butter, crumbs and pecans; press over bottom of pan. Refrigerate.
Mix at high speed cream cheese and pumpkin; fold in remaining ingredients; blend well.
Pour over graham layer. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 320\u00b0.
Turn oven off, open door and let set 1/2 hour.
Remove from oven and let cool at room temperature. Serve when cool or chill.
