Ingredients

1 pkg. jello (peach)
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
3 1/2 c. or 8 oz. Cool Whip
2 small or 1 large graham cracker crust
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir 3 minutes.
Add ice cubes and stir until thick, 3 minutes.
Remove any unmelted ice. Add Cool Whip and blend until smooth.
Add 1 cup of diced peaches into mixture.
Stir until well blended.
Pour into pie crust and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
