Coleslaw Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

one 1-lb bag shredded cabbage and carrot coleslaw blend
2 apples, cored and diced
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw blend, apples, raisins, mayonnaise, vinegar, and mustard.
Refrigerate, covered, until the flavors are blended, at least one hour.
Makes 8 servings.
