Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
2 egg yolks, beaten
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. onion juice
Preparation

Mix butter and flour over low heat.
Carefully add the boiling water.
When thickened, remove from heat and gradually add the eggs and other ingredients.
Reheat gently and serve.
